Pinokeeo - those are beautiful checkerboards!

Kook - that top looks so comfy, and your other revamps are great too!

FantasticMio - those are both lovely blankets, but the greyscale is definitely my style.

April was not great for crafting for me, but May is better.  I made a new cover thing for my daughter's butterfly chair - I'll have to take a picture and figure out what board it goes under.  I have a sundress to finish up (and probably a ton more to make over the next month - eldest wants maxi dresses) and I hope to finish a tshirt quilt this month too - whew!

April was a joke for me as far as crafting.  I did a few little things at the beginning of the month, but that's it.  Sad  I've just been so depressed and stressed out (and having fans on 24/7 doesn't help when you want to paint stuff) that I haven't been in the mood to craft.  now that it's May, I am in the mood to craft but I can't get motivated.  Sad

Love the gray scale blanket and the HP ornaments. Wish I wore dresses or skirts. Those look so summery.

Here are the last two projects for this week.

I think these both qualify as CHALLENGE ENTRIES.

The first is walking sticks.  There are a total of eight.  The four on the left are curly willow, and the four on the right are white willow.  The one on the far right is carved at the top.  I harvested these sticks from my own property.

Here's the link.   http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=423499.msg5033686#msg5033686

And here's the photo.

The second one is a faire sign that I was asked to make.  Nothing special, but it took me forever to get it right.  It's lightweight, has no hinge, and has a place to hang a weight, so it won't blow away.

And here's the photo.

I tried to make it look old.  Not real good, but it does look a bit weathered.
