Heartbreak Shrug and other Lost Knits--FOUND 12/22/12

THE PACKAGE WAS FOUND!!

I was in a recent swap with a very special person so I wanted to bring out my A-game and challenge myself to make things I rarely make: a lace shrug, a pair of leg warmers, and a pair of fingerless mitts...

Unfortunately, the package is lost, hence the title of this post......
 
But, I do have my pictures and I did learn a lot...so not all was lost!

Thank goodness that there are so many craftsters willing to angel because I just could not remake these items any time soon!

Oh no!    I'm so sorry the package is lost. Hopefully it shows up!

The shrug is gorgeous, as are the fingerless mitts and the legwarmers!

Everything is so wonderful. What an absolute shame that the package was lost . I hope the post-office gods shine on your partner and eventually deliver these beautiful items. Maybe when the holidays settle down??

The lace shrug looks great on the model. It's such a pretty color. The buttons on the leg warmers ROCK! Are they done in stockinette stitch?

What a shame, those are just gorgeous!  I'm glad you had photos so you could share them with us.

OH MY GOSH!!!  The package arrived today after over a month, even sent priority international!!!!
