sharalee.. the stripes are fleece, i used wonderunder on the fleece before i cut them out to make it easier and then an Elmer's gluestick to keep it in place while i sewed it on

cmouse01..make another one??... a friend of mine is try to convince me to make another as well as a Calvin and then he will auction them off.... says he can promise me a small fortune.. .. but I dunno.... i think I would have to donate anything over and above the materials and my time to a worthy organization/cause.

birbbones... I LOVE the fact that they have never gone commercial.. it makes seeing the ones that people have designed and made that much more spectacular

I agree and I think the idea of selling them and then donating the money to charity is wonderful!
After all, Bill Watterson stopped doing the comics, because they just wouldn't let him NOT have commercialized products if he continued and thus the evil mighty companies deprived the world of the continued adventures , which I regret to this day...
