These are almost full size dolls that I turned into Santa & Mrs. Claus. The dolls I made several years ago. There heads are make from old nylons & there bodies are made from muslin. I did make the Santa fingers with wire in them, Mrs. Claus doesn't she was my first & around 41/2 ft. & Santa 5ft. So I Put 2 mops on Santa head & a hat & a red dress & apron on Mrs. claus. So here they are.

This is the outside looking in.
Just wanted to show what I did for our display window. Nothing fancy.

Wowowee! That is very impressive! I cannot fathom making such a large project... must have taken forever.  That picture of them in the window is darling!

All we have to decide is what to craft with the time that is given to us.

Thanks all of you for the nice comments. Wink Yes it did take awhile to make them I made the woman first & found a pattern in a book but made some changes & got her done quicker, then later I cut out the man & made his head & sculpt his face then left it alone for a couple years or so & finally decided to finish him. I made my pattern bigger & change his feet & hands & it took a lot of stuffing but it work out pretty good.
I would do a few things different if I made any now. The shoulders are fix so I would make them moveable & a bigger stomach & bigger boobs for the old lady. but I don't think I'll be making any for awhile.
