After seeing something similar on Pinterest, I knew I had to try it!  I used patterned red paper, plain black ribbon, gold paper, white paper, yarn, a gift tag punch, a scalloped edger punch (bunched both sides of a strip) and one of the awesome stamps that jexxican made me in the Stocking swap to make this festive wine bottle decoration.  I'm giving it as a gift, so it's all ready for the holiday party tonight!
