I made this game for Rubylynns in the HOx3 swap!  Her theme I chose was Hot Pink Cupcake Christmas, and I wanted to send her something that could be used by her family too!

Here's the gameboard:


It's based on Candyland, and has the same idea (picking colored cards to move toward the end), and the prize at the end is little crochet cupcakes.

(these were made with hand-carved stamps, also included in the package)

This is amazing Shocked  ! And really inspiring  Smiley it makes me want to make my own game board right now!
Did you use a real game board as basis? It looks so good on the place where you can fold the board!

Thanks!  Yes, I scoured thrift stores to find a game without all the pieces so I didn't feel bad painting over it... I would have felt bad wrecking a perfectly good board game!
