My aunt gave me this frame in the shape of a window awhile back. It was really dark wood and originally held a mirror, but the mirror broke. I repainted it and used chalkboard paint on the backer board to create this:





I'm thinking this will go in my craft area once I get it all done (which at this rate will probably be never!)

I love love love this!!! Cute for little hidden messages to any of your loved ones you live with!! Or just embarassing to do lists you want everyone who visits you to read!!

Very clever! It looks beautiful but I particularly like that even if you just write a shopping list on it you don't have to worry about anyone else seeing that you're planning on eating a lot of chocolate that weekend

That's a good point, JessKelly! Although, I'm thinking of putting my crafting to do list on it. That way, I can close it and no one can see how little I've actually gotten done!
