I didn't have any troubles opening mine and have made quite a few. Maybe it has to do with the file you choose. I got PES for my brother machine, try writing urban threads.

I didn't have any trouble opening the one for hand embroidery, but after reading this I went and got the machine embroidery one, and I couldn't open it.

I thought I had the hand embroidery one the first time, but I guess not. I "ordered" again and this time I got it to open. Woohoo, bring on the bunnies!

OK, anyone remember when Easter is this year?  I am taking most of a week off in March for the heck of it, and I think that maybe I will get some fabric and make a bunch of these and leave them around the kids hospital and a local park/school before Easter.
