Just sent in my questionnaire. Now I need some help from the rest of you. These are the things I have ready to offer but I can only choose two. Which would you be most interested in swapping for? A granny square-style hat with earflaps, an owl stuffie based on Lynn Krawczyk's wishing owls, or a set of 2 cotton wash cloths with a zigzag stripe running across each end and a coordinating soap saver sack.

I can always use more hats  Grin It's cold now. But the owl stuffies would be a hit with my girls O.o

What the heck is a calorimetry?

Glad you asked that question, Isi. I was wondering the same thing. The study of calories? A means of measuring calories? Something else totally unrelated to calories? Do tell, Sylvani.

A calorimetry is the best thing to warm your head and ears in winter and it doesn't ruin your hairdo.  Cheesy
But there's also this certain pattern for a crocheted hat that I really love. I can't decide... Or maybe both are just lame ideas?

Neither are lame! I would use both of them!  Grin

Followed your link to the calorimetry. Really cute! I'd wear one (and my hair is too short for it to matter if it got messed up).

Does anyone want to make some blank notecards?

I can always use some of those to send with swaps and to give with a gift...I like small ones the best... Cheesy

Okay--- I WANT ONE!! I use a similar head band to do chores and stuff in but it's fabric and has a covered elastic band underneath instead of a button. It'd be lovely to have one I can wear out doors! I think that would be one of my top 3!  Shocked

Sylvani--if you decide on the knitted calorimetry, be sure to read all of the notes and comments...the original pattern was way to large for most people...I have made probably 30 of these and had to change her pattern dramatically.  I can send you my notes, but this will take some time to make...those short rows can be a pain!

I have a pretty giant head, so I would be fine with the original pattern   Grin
