oh how cute!  My little great niece has been bugging me for a tutu forever...what size will those fit?

The waist is elastic so pretty much one size fits all. The length is about 9", but they need tights or pants under anyways since they poof out and are tulle. My 23 year old Sister in law wears them all the time when playing with my daughter.

They have free patterns for them on Ravelry. I so wish I could crochet and knit! And I am obsessed with like all fingerless gloves.
