So for the Harry Potter Holiday swap I decided to make my partner  the fabulous Spikefan a Mini Honeydukes sweets shop.  I used a ceramic dollar tree house to start with and lots of honeydukes images and combined them.  I added polymer clay to the ceramic house to form a new facade.

I added clay for the door, the store front window, the windows on the roof and all the snow. Then I went back in and painted a chocolate frog display and a beartie bots beans display in the other window.  A long with a matching the brick color to the images.
I'm really pleased with house and I can't wait to make more.  C&C welcome

Love this! It turned out super cute. Did you add the polymer and then bake the whole thing?

Very charming house! I did not know you could add polymer clay to clay, thanks for the tip.
