Vegan Tofu Yogurt! (Togurt? Yofu?)

Ok, not exactly yogurt (lacks fermentation), but it works like yogurt!

1/2 block tofu (i used silken)
1/2 c thawed frozen unsweetened strawberries
sugar free coffee flavor syrup to taste (I used Torani Vanilla)
dash lime juice

I whizzed it all in my Ninja blender and let it sit for a few hrs. Some people add in a banana too for "body", it is a thinner mix at the end. Or you could probably use a thicker tofu. But you get a decent strawberry yogurt-like flavor with much less sugar than the yoplait counterparts!

I adapted this from the Happy Herbivore recipe.

1/2 a recipe is about 76 calories as I worked it out.

I"m trying to give up a lot of dairy but I missed yogurt. Ah, tofu, is there nothing you can't do? Lol!
