I love it! Tituba is the only name I recognize (and now I know much more about her, thanks to Wulf!) but I think I am going to look up the others.

The Bell Witch was the one I didn't know that much about. I had a little bit of background but not much.  It was so interesting learning more about them as I stitched them up.

I love this!  Have you ever visited Salem at Halloween?  The town has started to go a bit crazy embracing the witchy history, (some of which is in poor taste considering so many innocent people died) but it's a great deal of fun, and there are folks out and about everywhere, with some of the most fantastic costumes I've ever seen.  (And that's coming from a girl with a MFA in costume design!)

I have, but it was in the summer time. I bet Halloween is amazing there.

A tribute to historical witches, what will they think of next? Good job on a difficult design.
