My bf and I recently made some glasses out of beer bottles. We would like to leave some of the labels on and would like to protect them from water, but we do want to use them as glasses. I was wondering what a good glaze or paint would be to use. We plan on drinking out of these and washing them so it needs to be safe and durable. any suggestions?

There is a new line of paints and glazes from Martha Stewart that I found at Michaels. I love this for glass, you cure it in the oven and its dishwasher safe once it sets.  I have glasses I painted months ago and they haven't faded at all , the paint looks the same and have been washed in the dishwasher almost daily.   They also have all types of these paints some with glitter even.
