Jeweler's Grade

What does jeweler's grade" mean? I was looking at ICE resin and everywhere I keep hearing that it's "Jeweler's Grade".

What does this mean exactly? Scratch-resistant? Fade resistant? That it won't soften over time? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
