Gingerbread House

 This wee house is about 4 1/2 inches tall and made from polymer clay, decorated with piped-on dimensional fabric paint and over painted with copic markers. I made this for microjivvy for the HoHoHo Swap.
It has a votive in it and I was a little worried about damaging the walls of the house when replacing it or the batteries, so I baked the house about 25 degrees lower than recommended to give the walls a little flexibility.

A very nice Christmasy feel, without being overdone.  I don't know why, but I really like the little bit of snow on the roof!

Oh, and btw, I couldn't tell what it was made of and had to ask... I was certain it was some new and fantastic craft supply that I had never worked with, lol.
