We seldom (never) need hats down here.  Cry  I am hoping to go see my aunt in Alaska this year. It will be my first time ever seeing snow. I am super excited!!!!  Roll Eyes

Sometimes (usually about Imbolc) I dream of what it must be like to never have seen snow! So far this year it's been very pretty, with classic big, fluffy flakes and decorative frosting on the trees. This morning, though, I can see the wind is blowing great gusts of snow past the window as I'm eating breakfast, and I know it's not only going to be biting cold out there, but the front walk is probably drifted over and I'll have to shovel my way out.  Sad

Are you doing okay out there in Nova Scotia, Monnie? A lot of people lost electricity,  in this storm, didn't they?
