I love the idea of a pop-up star-gazing book, though I can't quite imagine how it works! The crown looks great, and it looks like it could be used as a table or altar decoration too.

Do we have any photos yet to post, or is that it? Can I move the main page to "Completely Finished" now?

I promised an action shot of the wonderfully warm pixie hat that MamanT knitted for me. It still wasn't cold enough for it today (just below freezing) but I modelled it anyway. I think it'll be really great on cold, windy days.

Thanks again, Andrann. It's one of my favourite hats ever!

I like the design...it looks like it would keep you very warm and stay on in the wind!

It suits you, Wulf...you look very nice in it!

(brrr--slightly below freezing is too cold for me!)

It certainly would stay on well in the wind, and because it comes in so close around the face and down the neck it keeps you very warm. (The knit is very thick.) Seeing the side-view photo (I can't see it that way when I'm wearing it), I think I need to add something to the point. Maybe a small bell? A blinking light?
