I am using lace weight so the yarn is very light...I am carrying it at one end...I made it wider so it can be folded under when worn and not seen... Cheesy

Alwaysinmyroom - I really like the look of your scarf so far :-)

Here's an update of my mood-and-sky blanket. Realised that I need to start weaving in ends otherwise its going to be a nightmare later on...

so pretty katara---I would almost use them as a bunting across my craft room! Cheesy

I think we have a break in the weather!  I saw the sun this morning and it looks like some bits of blue sky!  I hope it is blue by 10:30 am! Cheesy  I am sick of knitting dreary grey!

If anyone has missed a day (like me Sad ) you can use this link (http://www.weather.com/forecast/) to find out what the weather was like in your area. Just put in your zip code, hit search, and change the time frame to month (along the left side). You'll see the high & low as well as whether it rained or was partly cloudy, ect.

Katara - that is looking lovely. Lots of pink - I hope that's for happy days Smiley
Alwaysinmyroom - Your thinner yarn makes your work look a lot more realistically like a sky - I love it! Mine is so abstract, nobody would look at it and say "It's like the sky"! Yours definitely is!

I'm not sure what size needles I'm using, 10? 11? - US or UK I'm not sure! They are like drumsticks if that helps anyone Smiley

I've been carrying my thread up the side if it's only missed one day, otherwise I'm chopping it and weaving in, it got waaaaay lumpy very quickly to carry even 3 up the side, I ripped out and started again with the new method half way through week 2.

WOOOW...you knitters speak another language it seems  Cheesy "Carrying it up the side", "ripping it out", "chopping and weaving." It's so mysterious Wink

Thanks for that link!  I have been carrying around my daily calendar and recording the day just in case I miss a day!

I have added a zumba class to my day so it is even harder to find time to just sit and knit, so last night, I did it near midnight!  That won't work since I have to get up around 5:30 am!  I am going to figure out another schedule ...

Snowflake fabric--ha ha I guess you got snow!!
