First of all, I am so proud of myself for spelling silhouette right the fist time! LOL! That being said I will procede....

I did this piece for the Wall Art Swap and my partner just received so I thought I share here too.
I wanted to do something sort of dimensional but that was protected so her cats wouldn't destroy it. I was walking around Michael's and came across these shadow boxes on sale and grabbed up three. You never know when you will need a shadow box, right?
Embellishments and I are not usually very friendly with each other and I have been trying for the last couple of months to learn so I can add something more to my drawings. The shadow box is sort of like a leaf box (snow globe) thing too because the leaves at the bottom are not glued down so they can be shaken up.
I thought it turned out clean and bright looking.  Wink

Yes, the flash is right in the picture but I couldn't avoid it. And the proportions of the people and leaves are WAY off but I sort of liked that. I thought it made it look whimsical. Hopefully my partner did too.
Since I have more shadow boxes on hand I was thinking of trying a bat themed one for my sister when I have time.
 Thanks for looking!

It's really pretty! I love those shadow boxes, every time I see them on sale I buy them so I have three sitting around the house waiting to become something.

So so pretty, lady!  Personally, I like how the leaves are so big.  Makes it more magical.  <3
