You did all of this by hand.  How long did it take?

Sure did. They are about the size of a frozen concentrate lid (which is what I used as a template for the circles). I usually did one a night while I watched TV with my husband. I like to keep my hands busy. I am new at embroidery so it may have taken me longer than it would most people (that and I get really fussy with stuff, if it's not perfect I take it all out). I'm guessing 1-2 hours for each one. But it was fun, and I used many different designs and colors so I wouldn't get bored. Smiley

These fit perfectly into the envelopes with the Christmas cards, I included some other things, stickers and such, for people with kids, and even with the card and photos of my babies, I still only needed one stamp. It was so nice to be able to personalize our holiday cards this way, and I know they were much appreciated.
