I made this for a friend for a swap, and figured it would fit perfectly in this challenge.  Its a mash up of some of her pins on pinterest.  Inspired by these and this.

Its roughly 5 inches tall. And made entirely of felt, and lots and lots of embroidery floss.

I should have used the flash on this one.

I love those peacock colours - and all the little flowers which must have taken you ages. I've never tried embroidering on felt but it does give a lovely effect.

The little flowers did take ages...lol.  But that is what netflix is for.  Never ending supply of something to watch while my fingers work.  I really enjoyed making this.

It took 4 nights of a few hours a night.  But I think it was worth it  Smiley  And the person that got it in a swap loved it as well.  Thanks for the compliments!
