Newbie with questions

Hi everyone I found out the answers to my questions,

From the yellow tape measure bar you select My Craftster and then My Profile.
On the left you want to pick Forum Profile Information.

This link, which can be found by clicking on the Craftster Need to Know Guide which is easily accessed from the Help button

Hi, I'm V from London (England), I've been knitting on and off for 2-3 years but started crocheting in August 2012 and love it!
I do have questions about the site, how do I make a profile picture and signature for myself? I couldn't find the option to add my own profile picture anywhere  
Also is there a section to add a little info about ourselves on our profile?
