Handspun wreath by SpinHeartSpin, on Flickr

When I saw that the challenge was "Just Thread It!"  I knew instantly what I wanted to do.  I've been eyeing the tornado spin in Jacey Boggs book Spin Art.  So I went into my giant stash of crochet cotton and wool and decided on the Christmasy colors.
Here it is on the bobbin (Mostly because I forgot to take a skien pic, and then I meant to take a picture of the left over yarn but now I can't even find it  Roll Eyes )

When I had chosen the colors I knew I wanted to do a wreath with it. When I was in the big ol' city I stopped at Micheals and bought myself a wreath form or two and some tree forms too. And of course some pretty bobbles for that extra umph!
Here's the Wreath up close

I love them, and hope you do to!

I love that look! It looks great without being overwhelmingly gaudy like some of those wreaths you see.

Way to think out of the box, Kara. Amazing! Did you have them up for sale at your bazaar or whatever it was?

These are pretty cool.  I like how the colors seem to drape themselves.

I love the wreath.  Great job on the yarn.  I also think it would make a great muff (or ear warmer) for Christmas caroling.
