Weeglins Update!

Been busy making a ton of Weeglins lately for the holidays. A blogger over at Divine Secrets of a Domestic Diva contacted me about my Giant Weeglin I shared a few weeks ago. She wrote a poem/short story called "Troll in the Hole" Its kind of an alternative to the "Elf on the Shelf" that some parents use to "watch over" kids in the holiday season to insure good behavior. She needed a "troll" to sit on a shelf and she decided to use my Weeglin Cobble to symbolize/star as the image for her blog! Its a great idea having a "troll" sitting up on a shelf at christmas time to mind naughty children and keep them in line.

Anyways, I just wanted to share a couple of the latest Weeglins I have created by request, many of her followers have been commisioning me to make "trolls" for their mantles and shelves....guess there are a lot of naughty kids out there...lol.

These are so much better than the 'Elf on a Shelf'.  DD spent her own money on one the other day.  I literally told her I'm fine with it as long as the creepy thing stays out of my bedroom. 

I'd much rather your weeglins...besides, it's much more fun to be naughty!

The "Elf on a Shelf" are creepy looking to me too. Not as cute as one you could make yourself and personalize to suit the kid's personality.

I also agree that it's more fun to be naughty. I bought a button pin the other day that has "Be naughty, save Santa the trip!" printed on it. The pin is also "wearing" a hat.

I am not an Elf on the Shelf fan a all. Those little elves seriously creep me out too. However, your Weeglins are amazing and cute. I love that you have added ways to customize each one and that they come with boots too... yay for boots. I think you did an amazing job on them and I know that the people who get them are going to want to keep them out all year long, I know I would.
