I am so READY to start! I've finished my prayer flags and looked at the pile of fabric I assembeld for the JJ Doll last night. So many choices! I may have to make an octopus also!

I will experiment with dye and dye-painting to see if I can change/alter some of the fabric.

PLEASE ask me for some fabric - I have way too much. It's yours, free, for the cost of postage.
Truly, I have soooooo much.

So, it's only fair that I give you a hint too.  My new pup Luna has been helping me make some parts for your doll Grin

I did some dyeing last night. I washed/rinsed the fabric so later today I'll see the results. I'm not sure if I love it.  And I will sew some limbs while I contemplate the face and features.

My doll for Melissaurus is dark in color, but not in spirit.  It is not creepy nor crayola-happy.  It simply is what it is.  I'm still figuring out where I'll slap some bright color/s on this thing.  <- All of that kind of sounds wrong, when I guess what I'm trying to say that it is more of a totem.  I have half of the appendages formed, and will hand stitch the head to the body soon.  This is the first time I've attacked fabric with a metal-bristled hair brush, ha ha!
