Hi there.

I've recently started knitting an Aran jumper. There's a part that I have come across that confuses me slightly.

"1st and 2nd rows set texture patt and position of Cable Panel. Keeping continuity of patt as set (throughout) and commencing with 3rd row of Cable Panel work 99 rows."

Does this mean that I keep repeating 1st and 2nd rows when I'm not knitting the cable panel?

Any help on this would be great!
