I'm bummed it broke! Maybe a little glue and a ribbon over it? That's what we did last year when my friend cracked one that she was making. This is why I don't send glass... but when can I ever find plastic ones? Michael's never has any...

I love the gingerbread man! He's so cute with his handlebar mustache! How did you do the gears?

Thank you! I bought a mold on etsy and used sculpey. I painted them silver and "antiqued" them with black paint.

Here is my awesome steampunk nutcracker from Ashgrim!

I am in love with his eyepatch and the rope attached to his waistband. What a genius idea to alter this guy!! He also jumps when you pull the thing between his legs (like most men, right?). I love it, Ashley, thank you! Smiley

This is a little late, as I received Monday, but here's the wonderful ornament I received from craftsunderground:

It reminds me of a diver's helmet and I love it!

Also, here's a slightly less reflective shot of the hot air balloon I made mthrasher:

Did she just say that? Yes, she did.

I do love the altered nutcracker, I am going to go through my old ornaments and see what I can steampunkify.

And, Danynn, I really like the hot air balloon and the way you attached it with the chains--beautiful.

I received a beautiful hot air balloon from Danynn. I am stealing her photo because it is better than the ones I tried to take. I have wanted one of these for a long time. It is so lovely. I am putting up my tree tomorrow and I can't wait to see it floating among the branches. The chains hang so beautifully. Thanks Danynn. I love it!

I have received from Ashgrim and he is adorable!

Sorry the picture isn't better, I only have my phone that can upload to the internet... Camera won't connect to my laptop bleh. But I love it nonetheless.

Wonderfully creative Ashgrim. Among other things, I love the tiny grommets/eyelets used as goggles on the hat!
