Kbrison: I can do all three, too, so that gives playing room for  partnering Smiley

Calabaza: With you sewing and me doing all three, we may *finally* be partnered up!

I have my best friend and her family (7 of them in total!) coming in for Christmas (it's been 3 years since I've seen them), so I will need a few days to recover back my small-ish house, although, the end of Dec is most likely do-able for starting sign ups.

Yay! It's been like the swap-partnering-slot-machine has been rigged considering how many swaps we've been in together.

Oh, so cool! I'm glad it's been a good year for you and getting together (or planning to get together) with people. I hope you guys have a great time!

That sounds pretty cool! I'm going to be traveling a bit in Jan, so yarn would be a good take with me project!

Ooh, I'd definitely be interested in joining! I do all three but mostly knitting. I love these versus swaps, especially when I can get more hoops for my hoop wall. : )

I'm brainstorming what I want to include on the Q, and I was wondering, would you guys prefer a 6 pt swap (3 crafted points per partner---being one large) OR  a 4 pt swap (2 crafted points per partner---being one medium)? I'm going to make this a no extras swap because I want us to just have the time to work hard on the one project per partner, and to minimize shipping costs.   Also, I'm going to need to have all participants agreeable to shipping at least one package internationally.   This doesn't mean that will be the case, but in order to make partnering easier taking in account allergies/allergens and which craft people do.  Being as it will be one item to each partner, unless you make something humongous, shipping shouldn't be too expensive even if out of country. And, if you decide to sew something like a pillow, you can always write you partner to see if you can send it unfilled to help save on shipping. Etc.    Anyway, thoughts on the point preference?? Thanks!

Hmmm.....I'm never very good with the sizes, being a yarny, its hard.  I'm thinking mediums maybe??  Actually, it depends on timing, if we have 5 weeks at least, then we should be able to do larges.  If its 4 or less then mediums I think
