Can't pull myself away from the Thanksgiving Dogs...The buckles. The waddle (thanks for enlightening me on what that thing is really called). The hidden ears (there's something about dogs with things on their heads that keep their ears tucked in). The rump-shot of the feathers that inevitably includes a snout approaching that rump.
 Grin

Thanks!  I have splattered that first photo all over the internet, because I can't get enough myself.  Wink  When I took the bonnet off of Betty she did one of those long-haired-lady-takes-off-a-helmet-to-reveal-she-is-a-lady hair shakes, except it was her ears instead of her hair.

Oh god - that is so unbelievably adorable!  I love love love it!  You're pups are so good to play along with the dress up.  I have to admit that I love the lil' pilgrim the best - her expression makes it!

I admit to loving the pilgrim, too!  I'm pretty sure she'll be Hester Prin for Halloween with a scarlet "J" for the sin of jumping.

In an interesting twist 2 different people to whom we emailed this photo thought that the turkey was an American Indian.  Two interesting facts, both were straight males and both have some American Indian heritage, one is involved with the community to some degree, the other is not.  Perhaps a bigger wattle?  Perhaps it was just them?
