So participants get feedback... but no way to feedback an organizer?

The organiser leaves herself/himself feedback, just as they do the other participants in the swap. We do not have a system for participants to rate an organiser. If you have issue with an organiser, please open a HelpDesk Ticket and let the Swap Moderators know.
