And gala_apples, I am glad you like your package! The wreath actually is made from a styrofoam core, but the cover is knitted from about 6 different kinds of yarn, which makes it nice and soft Originally I had planned to make something that lights up for a large, but I just couldn't fit it into a box...so I am glad you can use the bag I made instead.

Just look at the frosty window ornament! I'm going to hang it year round. And those cookies are absolutely scrummy!

The tree is beautiful!  Is it totally made of fabrics?  The layering is just great...

AM--what is the ornament made from?  It has such an ethereal quality!

I'm glad Canada Post finally delivered (and hope the ginger "cold" snap cookies were okay)

The ornament is made from a cool old mason jar lid that is lined with milk glass (found down in Virginia this summer) with a mica overlay.  Here's a pic that shows the layers on the frosty tree better....lots of snipped little pieces of fabric bonded to the base then sewn.

Oooh, I love the techniques and materials you used to create "frost" -the tree and ornament are lovely! And the knit-cozy canister is too cute -but those ginger cookies wouldn't have a chance to get cool if I were around!
