I've been woodburning for almost 40 years. I love it! I love the texture and the way that the wood feels after it's burned, I add color to most of mine, washes. I have made and sold so many over the years. I was in the SCA also. I love the box with the roses.

Holy crap that looks amazing. What technique did you use for the fill in? It's the part I have the most trouble making look good.
