My hubby is really into World of Warcraft and I wanted to make him a special gift set kind of thing for christmas. Like a toy, scarf, and hat all hoarde inspired of course.
I'm an intermediate crocheter and i'm not good enough to where I can alter patterns on my own. I'm still having to do it from written patterns  Embarrassed  I've been searching many sites and have yet to come across any 'wow' themed crochet patterns.
Does anyone know where I can find patterns for this game?
Or perhaps patterns that are easy to alter?
Tips, tricks, or anything like that?
Thanks for your help guys Smiley
HAPPY HOOKING!

Ravelry?

I did a quick search with the letter combo WOW and had three to four patterns to try out. Of course, knitting patterns were included... But maybe you can start there?

I had a peek around Ravelry for yeah, too, and came up with three free patterns that may work for you:

Amigurumi WoW Hearthstone (Ravelry download)
World of Warcraft Horde Banner (Ravelry download)
Skyrim helmet (totally awesome looking, regardless of source) (Ravelry page, pattern)

Also, if you crochet him a pair of gloves, it's an ingame item you can find. (look in the Crochet in Tv/Fiction thread. I found it and posted a picture years ago in it).

Crochet has now gotten into the gaming realm.

Yup. I looted crochet gloves in World of Warcraft. And my first thought was "OMG, must screenshot and see if anyone posted it before me in this thread!"
