Haha, love it!  Could you tell us a little bit about it?

Yes!  The dress/leggings/boots were bought.  The vest is a red t-shirt with some bias tape, super simple.  The main star here is that hat!  It took forever, since it was never going to fit into my sewing machine.  But pretty much it's just a very large amount of pink fabric that I layed out and stuffed with pillow fluff until I got the shape right and sewed it onto a simple hat-shaped piece of the same fabric.  It's not very smooth on the bottom since I just tucked it until it sat semi-flat because I was in a bit of a rush, but I guess it kinda helps make it look like the underside of a mushroom haha.  Then I used some craft foam balls and just tied ribbon around them and sewed that to the underside.  Then the spots were just glued on.  It will need some tweaking before I wear it out again (the glue wasn't the best choice, and the tails need to be sewn on higher) but it was definitely a conversation starter that night!
