My son asked me to make him into a "blue parrot" for Halloween. It all started with a hoodie and sweatpants, add some felt, tulle, feathers, two blue boas, elastic, a picture of a Hyacinth Macaw for inspiration and we did it! Also check out the parrot's glitter mod-podge nikes! Super fun to make together.

Then the little guy asked to make his baby brother into a "green parrot"  Enter the lovebird!

With just enough time to get mommy and daddy into the spirit with feathered masks, tails and boas!

We had a great Halloween and I love this contest for getting me inspired for next year already!
