Hello all,
I'm getting back into Christmas crafting mode, which means making wax melts. But I'm having trouble finding Vanilla or Vanilla Bean. Everything I find it's mixed with something else. Anyone have any good leads on where I can find just good ole vanilla?  Huh

Where do you usually get your FOs? I'm Canadian so I'm not super familiar with American suppliers. I found one supplier the other day that supplies Canada and the states. Going to look up the web addy. Will be back.

This is the website, I'm not sure if they carry what you're looking for. www.newdirectionsaromatics.com. I also know of Bramble Berry, but yeah, a lot of those FO are combinations? Does it have to be fragrance oil? Can it be Vanilla absolute or a replacer?

Thanks MareMare, I think I might try this one, (whenever it comes back in stock). It looks like it has better overall reviews. I've been getting my FO's from Peak Candle, with great success, but they don't have just plain vanilla.

This has to be the best Vanilla I have ever tried, it is rich and delicious in soaps, lotion and I even used it in my homemade deodorant. http://www.texasnaturalsupply.com/Vanilla-5th-Dark-Oil-p/vnll-eo.htm  It's a bit pricey but oh so worth it. You might try it the next time you need to order vanilla.
