This is technically my husband's entry, he does not have an account so I'm posting for him.

Halo Spartans, 100% handmade from cardstock, fiberglass, bondo, elastic, a motorcycle visor, and black webbing.

This is amazing! I've been wanting to do this so I can do Sarge from Red vs. Blue. This definitely takes me leaps and bounds toward that goal! Thank you!
