I have a modification piece in my pinterest that converts a regular sewing machine to a needle felting machine.  I kind of want one, but haven't felt like shelling out the 50$ yet!

http://www.etsy.com/listing/67321175/needlefelting-adaptor-convert-sewing  This is the shop I found it in, and the listing.  It sounds like you need to completly retro fit an old machine, instead of something you can pop on and off in exchange for other feet.  But I bet it's not all that hard to find a cheap or free one to  make the switch on.

I bought one of these adaptor for sewing machine and after tearing my machine up, it didn't fit..have to be careful..it only works on top bobbin machines and you won't be able to use your sewing machine for sewing after you convert it over. I ended up buying an emblisher afterall

Thank you for your input, Conflo42.   It's good to hear reviews.
