My daughter begged to be a Weeping Angel this year. How could I say "No!" LOL So we headed over to the craft store, picked a pattern, and some fabric. I had to think about how I was going to make her look like a statue and ended up buying some spray fabric paint which works great! Except that your finger hurts after awhile of pumping...LOL I ended up going back and buying a small can of white spray paint to kind of help fill in the spaces.
Also made a TARDIS trick or treat bag. No pattern for that, I just looked up a pic of the TARDIS and went from there.

My Daughter in her finished costume, she loved it! And Trick or Treating was soo much fun this year!

Oh the fun of laying out patterns :-)

All I have left is to hem.

Starting the spray painting. I actually did this outside, of course I picked a windy day right? lol

You don't need a permit for a glue gun.

I come from a very big Whovian family! I wanted my daughter (who is four and uses a sonic screw driver for a night light) to be a weeping angel, but she was dead set on being a Tototro!  Next year! This turned out fabulously.

When I try to cook something, I end up eating it before I'm done.
