This costume was made from curtains and a black circular table cloth.  I did buy beads for the dangly jingles so I would jingle when I moved as well as sequin fabric for the top.

I crocheted the decorative trim that the beads are attached to on the over skirt.  I cut the straps off of a bra and covered the back portions from the cup to the hooks leaving access to the loop and hook closure.  The sequins came on a stretchy fabric at walmart which I sewed onto the bra. All of the dangly's were hand beaded and then attached to the crocheted trim.  The pants are drawstring.

This is my first time sewing pants as well as crocheting.  I also taught myself to knit although I did not find anyway to incorporate that into the costume.  The disc in the middle of the bra is also crocheted.

For good measure I included my helpers Charlie and Sparr

I love it! I think I used the same black/gold fabric. I love bargains. I make a lot of clothes out of table cloths and curtains.

You did some very nice detail work. It's all in the details.

Thank you. I too love to bargain shop.  Other people see sheets I see fabric.
