Some great packages, guys! Those owl potholders look very well made.

Alterknitive, the high today where I live is 79F, or 26C. It's a little warm! I can't wait for some cold. I miss living in Idaho...

Like bunny said, today is the end of the line for November claims so if you want to make one (or more!) do it now! December's swap will be up tomorrow. I will still facilitate it for you guys but I don't think I will be participating past that.

It is 6.45pm here in London and currently 3 degrees C.  Overnight we're expecting -3 C.  Where do you live?  I want to move somewhere warmer.

It is VERY cold in Niagara these days...  -3 is about as warm as it's going to get today...  Brrrrrr  Angry

Luckily, I found THESE sweet slippers in my mailbox today  Grin Grin Grin

Thank you so much Megz1027!!  They fit perfectly, and as you can see, I'm already putting them to good use.

Megz also sent a beautiful origami heart, which has joined my origami collection on the shelf in my office Smiley  Bet you didn't even know that I had a collection!  Perfect!

Thank you again, I really love this package  Grin  Happy Friday everyone!

Wow, that is cold!  Perhaps I shouldn't complain about -3.

I'm originally from northern Alberta, Canada.  I remember -50 degree days, blizzards, black ice.....  this should explain why I now live in Arizona.  Cheesy

When I left home this morning (Some 20+ hours ago, but because of the time difference, it's still the 30th), the coldest we had this year was 19.7 degrees Celsius in the early morning the day before. Now it's -5 in Toronto. I love it! Cheesy

Coldest day so far this year, just recently was -45 degrees celcius with the windchill, and 15 cm of snow.  Nearly instant frostbite if skin was exposed.

Just part of living in Saskatchewan.  Some days are gorgeous, great for many outdoor winter sports.  Others, great days for a fireplace, hot chocolate and a book.

Those were my favorites, as long as I actually COULD enjoy a fireplace, hot chocolate, and a book.   Wink
