Cucito (Japanese Sewing Magazine) Top for darling daughter

First project after relocating to malaysia.

Fabric : swiss cotton bought online here in malaysia. fabrics are so expensive here, wish to buy loads of them, when i go back home to India. but sewing supplies are so much easier to find here and for the first time i used readymade bias strips. I do not have the luxury of them back home and used to make my own.

Very cute, though I must say that your "model" really adds to the ultimate cuteness. I think if you're close to the border with Singapore, you can find very inexpensive fabric there (at least that's my memory).

Thanks. Will check regarding the fabric stores near the border.
