LOL...yes, you can ABSOLUTELY bake a canvas, and yes, you can bake polymer clay more than once, even several times, as long as u don't burn it...multiple bakings can be used for large projects with many steps, or even to strengthen a polymer clay object that will get lots of wear and tear (such as bangle bracelets).

do you work with polymer? have you checked out "glass attic" website? such a wealth of polymer resources and answers to questions about baking multiple times, etc...

I didn't know about the canvas! (sadly my oven isn't that big enough... must find a small canvas Cheesy)
I do work with polymer clay but only tackled easy things. I'll try more difficult things in the future. thanks for the help!
