Christmas Stocking Swap Round 8 Gallery

I received a fabulous, beautifully crafted package from mrsc1345. We swapped two children's stockings and my kids were thrilled!

First, check out these super cute elf stockings. Love them!




and then these cute totes full of goodies too!


She made each of my kids PJs--a flannel nightgown for my daughter and a shirt and pants for my son. ( I failed to snap a pic of the flannel pants ;( )




She made play felt food and matching bags.

There was some candy and a Crazy 8s card game. I was taking pictures furiously as my kids were opening the presents.

Hooo-leeeee shizzz!  My partner spoiled me so so so much, I can't even say how much I love my package.

Here's the big picture:


The stocking she sent is an adoreable little paw print stocking!  I love it, so cute.  Also, she sent me a TON of goodies!

Included were an owl box full of hershey kisses, owl shaped nail files (seirously didn't know these even existed), a really luxurious bottle of home made hand scrub that smells delicious, a ball of merino wool spun by a local which she HAND DYED for me, a knitting ornament, some hot chocolate, gorgeous earrings, bracelets, and a pendant, some little christmas figurines, two owl ornaments, gorgeous gray nail polish, owl shaped headphones holder, a small jeweled box full of buttons, some stickers, and my absolute favorite thing ever: a purple stuffed octopus!









Seriously love this little guy!

The advent bracelet is such a neat idea! I like the big purple lights on the stocking that PurplePaisley got. I love that snowman sockman from applesandpumpkins, and those slippers from her look interesting too! Also, I dont have kiddos or pets, but I think all the stuff you guys are doing for all of them is really neat.

Everything all together. Ninja turtles ornaments, hot cocoa, notecards, lipbalm. sewing materials including rick rack, embroidery floss, some fat quarters of fabric, and bought items: socks, soap, a superman metal box, shopping list notepad, and dog magnets.

I have been away/busy for a few days and came back to 4 pages of great pictures.  I love the pencil stocking!!!

According to Canada Post, my partner received yesterday so I'm just waiting for her to confirm that and post pictures.  A little nervous as I signed up for a small package this year and it's going to look very tiny compared to some of the other packages.

Oh Hush! Everything is absolutely wonderful, I just didn't get a chance to post last night.

I got too excited to wait to take a pic while everything was still wrapped, but it was so much fun to rip and shred my gifts free.

My beautiful jingle bell elf stocking with fuzzy-wuzzy socks ( my last pair the hubby stole so I'm hoping I get to keep these for a while)


A family's worth of fabric coasters that I'm afraid to get dirty, some adorable felt Christmas ornaments that have already made it to the tree, and a HUGE chocolate bar that is now hidden from everybody in the house.



Last but not least, a really cool pencil/notions case that is covered in decorative zippers, and the coolest Big Bang Theory cross stitch. Apparently, Homerof2 isn't a fan, and so her loved ones picked on while she worked. Here are some virtual hugs for all your hard work...*hug*

That elf stocking is fabulous!  I love the heel detail and how you got so much curl in the toe, homerof2!!

I am a huge BB fan, so the hoopla is very much coveted...

The dalek is also pretty awesome and should come to my house to live...   Love the little cherry potholder!

I need to know how to make those ninja turtle ornaments!  They are darling!
