Hi guys!

So, in September I participated in a project that was all about refashioning. I picked up this €1 grey sweater at my local thrift shop and decided to do something fun with it!

I created a pair of mittens & a cowl.

And I still have a bunch of leftover sweater. Any ideas on how to use it?

C & c appreciated, let me know what you think Smiley

Capelet or cropped jacket would work... Maybe with some faux leather on the bottom for contrast? I love the mitts! They look so cool and textured, I've never really gotten into knitting so I think I might have to make a pair too. Cheesy

These are so awesome! Love the mittens, they look so warm and snuggly! I would take that last bit, split it right down the front center, finish your edges and maybe add some cute lace, put a button at the top and use it like a shrug! Would be totally cute with a long sleeved T-shirt, jeans and boots!
