This is so beautiful! Truly a gorgeous piece. I like that it looks both modern and classic at the same time. The amount of different fabrics looks so interesting!

Thank you for all the kind words! Very basic instructions:

First you make a circle. Then you make a square out of 1-4 triangles. Mostly my squares have one large triangle and two small ones. Then you appliqu the circle on top of the square and cut out the circle of fabric under the appliqud circle. I used these circles along the border. Then sew the squares together.

The blocks are pretty easy to construct. The difficulty is selecting the fabrics and coordinating all of the squares. I quilted straight lines along the stripes (made from the triangles), and I did free motion quilting inside each circle.
