Not sure if this is considered clothing, but you wear it, and it's not jewelry, so....

I made this for a partner in the November pinterest swap. She finally got it, so now I can post!

I created the design on this fabric using Word, my printer, and some freezer paper using this tutorial: http://www.instructables.com/id/Inkjet-Printing-on-Fabric/

You can also use this technique with laser.
