Am I going crazy or was the original send out date the third?   Here I was planning on sending late on the fifth but it looks like I will be just on time!

Woo Hooo! I love being the first person to post photos in the gallery~ Especially when the package I received is so awesome Way to go Carbine_corgi for being the first to send!

Check it out~ the whole package:


First, a perfectly constructed scratch post?pad?toy? (not sure what to call it) - Chubbs LOVES this already  I propped it up next to the couch that he likes to claw and he went right to it!


Next, "premium" catnip This has kept all of us amused all night My SO was freaked out at first, but once I convinced him that it was safe, he was in... Chubbs went completely nuts for it!!  As soon as I opened it and put it on the ground, he started rolling over again & again and then licked the lid like it was the best thing he had ever tasted   I stitched up a quick sachet with the catnip inside & Chubbs played with it (& we watched him & laughed) for the entire evening

And I LOVE the jar!!  You couldn't have known this, but glass is one of my weaknesses & this jar is just gorgeous  I will be very happy to display it!

Lastly, the coolest & most purrrrfectly hand painted food & water dishes (sorry, I had to. It's late & I've had too much chocolate). Seriously though, these are so great They were the hit with the family, that's for sure and they have already replaced the ones that we had for him~

Oh! And food! And a coupon!  My SO told me last night that these two things were in the box, too.  I missed the very beginning of the opening (was handing out candy) and apparently he (efficiently) put them directly in the cupboard.  Sorry for forgetting to comment on these, Carbine_corgi ~ They DID make it here   Thank you again!

And first off, Molle loves her gifts, and I love mine as well, we opened it together and have had a blast!

I had so much fun making things for this swap, and had a great time making those items for you Koreena! I hope you and chubbs love yours because me and molle love ours!

Hahah   I couldn't resist!  There is actually an empty water bottle inside of the denim skate...  Carbine let me know that Molle loves chewing & I thought this would be a great crunchy/hopefully-hard-to-destroy toy for her...  It's not much to look at (sorry, did NOT turn out as nice as I had hoped!), but I figured dogs don't care and Carbine seems to have a good sense of humour - I thought she'd get a kick out of it!  Here's another shot of it:

We were calling it the ant eater skate at my house... Just a little long at the toe end

Don't even hesitate! My dog loves that skate and carries it around all the time! It has become a great conversation starter!

Look at all the goodies my partner and daughter made for my gerbils and me.



Homemade gerbil treats!! Gerbils love them. Her daughter made me these wonderful cozies, hammocks and play tunnel for the kids. Toys from the store. These are good toys for gerbils. The tile coasters are homemade. Those are so cool. The necklace is paper mache. Love it. Did I mention I like necklaces.  Also....she made made some handmade soap. So cool. I know I said cool way too many times but everything is great. You did a great job crafting for gerbils. I just adopted a new hamster from our local APL today. The treats and toys will work great for the hamster also. His name is Charlie.

I feel so terrible. I got so many wonderful things from Gerbilgal and I keep forgetting to get batteries for my camera!!! I got a couple pictures of a couple things before the critters got a hold of 'em. I PROMISE that I'll get some batteries tomorrow and finish taking pics and post them.

Wow!  Love the packages that have been received recently   All of the gerbil goodies look so well made ~ I bet the Charlie & his new friends will have fun with them

Received from Leighi earlier this week!!! It's just been so crazy that I haven't posted pictures, so here they are! I got really nice socks that match a hidy cozy for the guinea pigs, a kitty toy that her kid  helped make,  a betta fish bookmark, a dog toy that is now well loved,  and a bag that has picture slots in it!

Zip up sweater for Levi:



It has a tadpole on the front, and frog on the back.  He is feeding his tadpoles in the second pic.   It also has the scientific name for them on the front, which is fun b/c Levi loves anything to do with science.    Its a size too big but it must run small b/c it fits him nicely!  He has already worn it several times, its a nice weight for florida. 

I also got a mat for the beta fish, "Stinker Fish", which is under his tank, and a nice lavender pack that you can freeze or heat up.  It smells good!

And Berkshire got 2 toys that float (she loves playing fetch in the pool)

I am surprised that he looks so accepting of the whole idea.  I think mine would be giving us such dirty looks if I put something like that on her!

I am so bad for not posting pictures until now. I just kept forgetting batteries, then other things would come up. I deserve 20 lashings 

My daughter got the most awesome things from Gerbigal for her dog, Daisy, and her horse, Winston.
There were a couple bags of horse treats and a bag of dog treats. Most of the treats didn't make it to the picture taking. They were enjoyed very much though. She knitted 3 dog bone toys but my daughter was kind enough to give my little Pekingese one of them and she didn't want to cooperate for pictures. There was a really neat blue jean toy that Daisy really loves. She made the most FANTASTIC wooden ornaments, bridle tags, and dog tags. She even made extras and added some leather for tying the bridle tags on with. I am amazed! Thank you so much for all the wonderful things Gerbigal!

I am so glad you liked everything. I saw that tug toy and knew Daisy would love it. I had fun making all the stuff. if you need more tags in the future, let me know. I have the pattern saved and can make more when needed.
