~* New/First-Time Swappers will be limited to 1 partner.  This will help ease you into the swap process.

~* Since this is a holiday swap, if you have not sent by 3 days pass sendouts, you will get temporary negative.  Don't mean to be harsh, but it is sad to not to receive your holiday parcel during holiday time.  (I shall not even speak the word flaker; this is the saddest of all.  Hopefully this will help catch any of those You-Know-Whos and make sure their partners get holiday angels in time.)

~* And for my sanity, if you do not have IYP and I am pairing, that will be done by random draw (with appropriate attention to allergies and shipping given).
